STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF AIR RAID SIRENS SOUND IN CYPRUS

 

• DO NOT PANIC—STAY CALM
• STOP ANY ACTIVITIES AND SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER
• MOVE TO THE SAFEST AREA IN THE OFFICE (i.e.      basement, internal room—away from exterior walls; avoid windows, avoid doors, avoid glass surfaces, avoid elevators, avoid open areas to minimize explosions or flying debris)
• INSTRUCT EVERYONE TO GET LOW TO THE GROUND (cover their head and neck with their arms)
• SECURE (if possible) THE ENVIRONMENT (ie close all doors, windows, and ventilation)
• MONITOR FOR INSTRUCTIONS (tune in a portable radio—good to have available) OR OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION
• DO NOT EXIT EARLY.  WAIT FOR OFFICIAL ALL-CLEAR VIA RADIO / SAFECY APP / AUTHORITIES
